Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified via email if significant delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Austria: 2–5 business days
European Union: 4–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number (if available). Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Versioofficial is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
