If you reside in the EU, you have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for most products. Show tickets and personalized items are excluded once the contract is confirmed.

Prices are shown before taxes, duties or shipping (unless stated otherwise). Additional charges such as customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or external factors.
EU consumer rule regarding risk transfer
For customers in the EU: the risk of loss passes to you only when the goods are physically delivered to you or a person you authorize.
For customers outside the EU, the applicable local law applies.
